A mango is one of my favorite fruit to eat. But what is a mango fruit? Mango is a type of fruit that is shape like a hearth, green in color at first and turns to yellow when it is fully ripped and most commonly found in tropical area of the world. Mango is one of the most extensively exploited fruits for food, juice, flavor, fragrance and color. There’s a lots of health benefit a mango can give. It is a good source of protein, iron, vitamins A and C. No wonders mangoes are one of the healthiest of fruits. Here are some of the health benefits of these wonderful fruit. It can lower the risk of getting a cancer because of it contain soluble fiber called pectin that help prevent cancer. It is also beneficial for anemic because mangos contain iron which is lacking on anemic person. One of the health benefits of mangoes is weight gain. 100g of mangoes contain about 85 calories. Not only this, they also contain starch which converts into sugar and as we know, sugar can definitely help in weight gain. These were some of the major mango health benefits. Eating mangoes is beneficial in conditions like fever, prickly heat, piles, morning sickness and hair loss. After knowing so many mango health benefits, I am sure everyone will happily include this ‘king of fruits’ in their diets!

When I wake up in the morning and look at my clock beside my bed, I was surprised to see that I’m already late for school. So I hurriedly take a bath and put on my school uniform. I didn’t take my breakfast because it will consume much more time and I decided to just buy a Burger in the nearest fast food in my school. Nowadays, there are so many fast food chains you can find all over your place. This is a famous place for the people who’s always in a hurry because they don’t need to wait for so long just to eat unlike on some restaurant that you need to wait a longer just to get your food. But we may not notice we are trading the quality of our food we are eating for much faster service. According in some research, its not advisable to eat on the fast food chain everyday because fast food outlets have always been targeted as sources of food that contain calories and little else – so-called empty calories with causes obesity. We must always remember that the food we eats greatly affects out body and mind, its not that bad to eat on a fast food chain but don’t do it daily.
